The Gross Leasable Area (GLA) for the shopping mall and snow slope will be ranged between (310,000 – 340,000) m².

CML are employed by Majid Al Futtaim Properties to carry out the Commissioning Management, Document Management (O&M Manuals) and Asset Management of all the Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, Public Health and Specialist Engineering Services including the requirements of the LEED CxA.
