The project consists of the design and construction of a shopping mall in Al Jazira, Abu Dhabi, comprising a two-level mall, with approximately 130+ retail units, a hypermarket, a food court, restaurant precinct, two family entertainment centres, gym and cinema, all totaling approximately 80,000m2 GLA. Also, a 4-level decked car park of approximately 2,800 car park spaces located in an independent building adjacent to the centre with direct access to the mall.

CML are employed by Majid Al Futtaim Properties to carry out the Commissioning Management of all the Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, Public Health and Specialist Engineering Services and to provide the role of LEED® Commissioning Authority (CxA).
