In 1994, the directors of Commissioning Management Limited, a leading commissioning specialist in the UK since 1983, recognised the need for an experienced independent commissioning management company to operate in the GCC. The company was setup in Dubai, and registered as Tripoli Air Conditioning Services.
Following a management buy-out in 1999, we became independent from our UK parent company, and became CML International (Dubai).
Since our inception, we have carried out a number various services including Commissioning Management and Verification, Hands-On HVAC Testing and Balancing (TAB), Electrical Testing and Commissioning, Installation Surveys and Troubleshooting, and Document Management for Clients, Developers, Consulting Engineers, Project Managers, and Contractors.
We have offices located in the UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Kazakhstan. We also operate in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Bahrain and Australia.

Martin will take over as General Manager for the group from July 2018 after handing over the day to day responsibilities for the Qatar office.
With over 35 years in the industry and a vast knowledge of all building services systems, Andrew oversees and manages all aspects of CML’s management projects.
With over 40 years in the Industry and a background from Consulting Engineering through multinational Contractor’s, Glenn manages the Sales Department for CML.
With over 40 years in the Industry Ken manages all staff appointments, training and appraisals for our engineers and ensures CML staff are the best trained in our field.
Since joining CML, Michael has proved to be an asset to the company and his rise to his impending position as Qatar General Manager has been based on the drive and determination he has shown.
The management of CML International consider the requirements of Health & Safety within the working environment to be of paramount importance; reflected by the lack of a single reportable incident across all operations during the companies history in the Gulf and Middle East.
The training and regular assessment of staff regarding Health & Safety is given prime importance. All technical site staff are trained to meet the Health & Safety Awareness requirements of the CML Health & Safety Manual. All sites are regularly inspected and assessed by our Health & Safety Manager to ensure the requirements of the manual are being implemented. We operate a firm but flexible quality assurance system for all operations and the Quality Manager ensures that our systems are maintained through regular internal and external audits.
