CML International offer the total commissioning solution from complete commissioning & documentation management/ authoring packages, through to HVAC testing & balancing, or troubleshooting.
In 1994 the directors of Commissioning Management Limited, one of the UK’s leading commissioning specialists founded in 1983, recognised the need for an experienced independent commissioning management company to operate from the Gulf States. From their previous experience of the Middle East they based their new Company (registered as Tripoli Air Conditioning Services) in Dubai.
Following a management buy-out in 1999 the Company became independent from their UK parent, and the registered name was changed to CML International (Dubai).
Since its inception, the company has carried out Commissioning Management, Hands-on HVAC Testing and Balancing, Electrical Testing and Commissioning, Testing and Commissioning Supervision, Survey Works, and Documentation Management for many of the major Clients, Developers, Consulting Engineers, Project Managers, and Contractors in the United Arab Emirates and the Middle East.
CML International are able to build from their permanent locally based European and Filipino expatriate staff to provide a complete, economical commissioning specialist service for all types and sizes of building services systems.
Within our project teams there exists specialist expertise in mechanical and electrical installations, controls, BMS, refrigeration, combustion, acoustics, communications, thermal imaging etc., so that all aspects of building services commissioning can be co-ordinated and implemented.

Health and Safety
The management of CML International consider the requirements of Health & Safety within the working environment to be of paramount importance; reflected by the lack of a single reportable incident across all operations during the companies history in the Gulf and Middle East.
The training and regular assessment of staff with regard to Health & Safety is given prime importance. All technical site staff are trained to meet the Health & Safety Awareness requirements the CML Health & Safety Manual. All sites are regularly inspected and assessed by our Health & Safety Manager to ensure the requirements of the manual are being implemented. We operate a firm but flexible quality assurance system for all operations and the Quality Manager ensures that our systems are maintained through regular internal and external audits.
